Specific to the projects or section 8 apartment buildings when the hallway doors slam so much from the nosey bitches just having to run out to see when they hear someone else's door open, only to realize they are too late, thus going back in their own apartment and then setting off yet another nosey bitch to do the same thing they just did. The effect can last as long as a German Glockenspiel scene with little cookoo bird characters going in and out of little doors to tell a story on the hour or as loud and ridiculous as a farce on stage.
