The act of telling someone or something one timeframe - and not delivering or showing up at least 3 times the given amount.
Chaldeans are notorious for underestimating time.

Steve: "Hey guys I am going to boof before our next game, give me 10 minutes"
Brycen: "I guess we have to wait 30 minutes for this guy... Chaldean Minute."

To put this simply Chaldeans are essentially Christians (predominantly Catholic) from present day northern Iraq but can also be found in Iran and Syria. They speak Aramaic (language of Jesus) and this language is pretty important to them. Most have arrived to America in the last 55 years or so because of a change in the immigration laws. When they came over they settled predominantly in southeast Michigan, particularly the tri-county area (Oakland, Macomb, and Wayne county).
Additionally, some of there core values include: faith, family, and hard work. All three are equally important to most Chaldeans. As far as their work, it seems that many run their own businesses, such as party stores, gas stations, restaurants, grocery stores, real estate firms, and construction companies to name the main industries they can be found in but there are others beyond that.
All in all, on a personal note the Chaldeans I have met in school, work and general life seem to value comradery with others, thus are easy to talk to more often than not. Also, Chaldeans are not Arabs so make sure you refer to them as either Chaldeans or Assyrians (though Assyrian is less commonly used). In terms of looks, many could pass for southern Italian (Sicilian look) quite easily since many have olive white skin.

Chaldean mafia, founded in Detroit, Michigan then slowly moved to San Diego and Phoenix. It was founded by a group of old heads and a midget back in the 90’s.
“Hey ramos you heard about the chaldean mafia?”
“Yea I heard that they shot a couple niggas from sterling heights because they kept saying they were from Detroit!”

A sign most prevalent in Metro Detroit, notably Dearborn, West Bloomfield, and Warren, where one can coast straight through a stop sign without stopping. With climate change eminent, momentum lost leads to an ever increasing carbon footprint. The Chaldean stop sign is a massive time saver, and a great boost to local businesses.
Mahmud was in a rush to pick up his Cigarette order at Sam's Club in Dearborn Heights. He looked both ways and blew right through a stop sign, right as a State Trooper gave him a thumbs up along with an approving grin. We must all be thankful for the implementation of the Chaldean Stop Sign, the true pride point of Michigan, unlike the infamous Michigan Left Turn, which is really a Boulevard Left turn. Anyways. . . Yella Yella Habibi, We pay for whole road we use whole road!!
