Bironic

Ironically bi(-sexual), often due to a decidedly Byronic demeanor (the pun is deliberate). Generally refers to males who project archetypical masculinity (stoic, distant, self-sufficient, curt) yet also maintain some degree of homoerotic desire. The classic example for this is Ennis Del Mar, portrayed by Heath Ledger in the 2005 film, Brokeback Mountain. Also refers to situations involving a bironic character, used in the same way "ironic" might be.

(Males A and B watching Brokeback Mountain:

Bronca is used in Argentina and Latin America little different than in Spain, it means being really angry (more like pissed off because it is slang)and frustrated at the same time because you are impotent to make any changes when you see an unfair situation. I don’t know if there is a English word that is equivalent.

La marcha de la bronca was written during the military repression in the 1970’s. The guys that wrote it were themselves or had friends that were jailed or killed by the paramilitaries. When you hear it sang it is a lot more powerful that when you read the lyrics, which are full of sarcasm and double meaning,the only reason for which it was not censored. It is also a nice example of the culture and humor in Argentina. Here it goes..

By far the best player in the NBA. He once said, "as long as you are respected among your peers, that's all that matters, and he has my utmost respect." He was, of course, talking about himself. Who wouldn't if they were that good? His universe-rattling dunk over AK 47 in the Western Conference Semifinals in 2007 is stuff of legend, as are his beard and streetball-beat the shit out of you fusion playing style. David Stern (NBA commissioner), commenting on the recent trade of Baron to the Cleveland Cavaliers, stated proudly, "this transaction is a million times better for the NBA than LeBitch James' 'Decision'. Baron will undoubtedly return the parity between small market and big market teams. Mark my words, Cleveland will once again be a man among boys in the NBA, just like my number one nigga boomdizzle."
