An adjective used to describe something or someone that is unappealing or annoying. It is something or someone that is strongly repulsive or unliked, unfavorable, aggravating, and especially unattractive.

A boo boo is usually assosiated with someone who makes a large mistake, and who then usually gets humiliated by other people. Or you can yourself be called a boo boo, if you constantly make mistakes.
