Get the No Matter What mug.A slang expression originating from crusty and is similar to "WTF," but instead of expressing anger or offense, it conveys a sense of being weirded out, confused, or surprised. Used when something is bizarre, unexpected, surprising or just plain odd.
Example 1:
Alan: Yesterday I saw a man walking around in just panties
Mats: Yo, what the crust man.
Example 2:
Jason: Have you heard the news?
Luke: No, what now?
Jason: Apparently some guy was sent to jail for shaving his pubic hair in public.
Luke: What the crust!
Sentence:
What the crust is what the man wanted to say when he saw his offensive clothing.

Get the What the scrap mug.I'm assuming it's a secular alternative to WWJD, substituting Dolly Parton for Jesus. Elementally it means, respond to adversity by demonstrating that you're not being dragged into negativity and moving on instead. Perhaps my puffing up your chest or holding your head high. Or just because you feel like doing those things, regardless of any adversity.
Inevitably highjacked by faux feminist and pop feminists with self-congratulatory memes about achievements that aren't gender specific.

Person one: "My partner done gone and left me for another woman. what would Dolly do?"
Person two: "Correct your grammar and self-reflect, don't be judgemental or infer that everyone of a certain gender act the same way" *sprays hair heavily and moves on*
