Now, this could mean illegal activity--like selling drugs--or doing them. It could also mean something harmlessly idiotic, such as twerking in a parking lot. Totally un-called-for. Basically, it's "trashy" foolish, irresponsible, or frivolous behavior--that ought to be washed down the gutter--but it is instead--what you're up to with your best friend.
