1. A person who is impulsive and likely to act on a whim. Generally these impulses are quick (happen in a flash) and are detrimental to those involved (fuck people over)

2. A short tempered young-man with a penchant for unreasoning, undeserved, and altogether senseless violence.

1. Johnny could never be a cop; that flash fucker would fill body bags faster than a russian racehorse fills a shotglass with piss.

2. Don't fuck with Johnny over there. Sure he's little, but he's a real flash fucker. He tore some kid's ear off for looking at his hand.
