An unconventional leave type that denotes the state of being on paid employment leave while actively working voluntarily. Sometimes the work is from home other times it involves working from office as usual. The term was first coined by Bankers from Nigeria's during the Corona virus pandemic when most people had to work remotely and is widely used by working professionals to refer to a not so conventional leave plan
1. Funmi asked Nkenna if he was planning on taking a working leave or a regular vacation as the year was almost over.

A riduculous document which is far too detailed and tricky to write, permanantly needs updating and then once ratified it disspears into a black hole never to be used by anyone.
