Savvy hours is meant to flex on these uneducated, unsavvy hoes. Savvy hours are from 12am-2am. To be savvy during the hours you must wear nothing but a towel that reaches up to your armpits. Anything besides that is unsavvy

Person 1: Did you see how savvy i looked during Savvy hours?

Person 3: Yeah man you were flexing on those hoes

Person 2: You weren't savvy at all. the towel wasn't up to your armpits

Some can say it would be considered as "Verbal Rape" due to the events that took place afterwards. As of every 6pm EST to 7pm EST all jokes are valid no matter how dark they are. The caliber of jokes that were said as of October 2nd, 2018 were astonishing, and irreparable damage has been done to the subject, Codename Z.A.K.K.U
