#1. Emo is a a genre of music...Like punk and rock
#2. The emo look. Fringed hair that's short and spikey at the back (Not always.) Tight jeans. T-shirts with names of rock bands. Chuck Taylor all-stars (Shoes) And their style is sometimes mixed up with the goth or punk looks.
#3. Well, unfortunaly, most morons think that being emo is about being extremely depressed and suicidal. Two words for you: NOT TRUE.
