Candy Bimbo is the term given to girls who enjoy the holiday Halloween (October 31st) for the fact that they could dress up “slutty” or as a slut without being judged by others.

This term can only be used to people on the day of Halloween, especially the ones who go door to door knocking for candy by others while dressed up as a Candy Bimbo.

Ricco: Yooo, did you see what Samantha is wearing?
