NBA Hell

(noun) -Famously quoted by one Terry Boers. NBA hell refers to the position of a team in the NBA who makes the playoffs, year after year, but is not good enough to win a title. Since they make the playoffs they are not eligible in the NBA lottery so they cannot draft quality college talent (if that even exists anymore) to help them win the title.
Milwaukee Bucks of the 1980s. The Chicago Bulls '04-'10.

-Why dont the bulls win the title." Cuz there in NBA hell you moron they suck.
