White Pine County

A county in central Nevada next to the Utah border. It’s county seat is Ely, and has the Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest, The Great Basin National park, along with many other outdoor attractions. And BTW it is not by Las Vegas or Reno it is about 1- 7 counties away from each.

A term used to special-order a bland version of a dish that is usually made with a level of spice/heat that is perfect for most normal human beings, but which is too overwhelming for some "special" diners' palates.

When we all went out for dinner at The Thai Spice House of Authentic Pain, Claire didn't want to be the wimpy one at our table, so she ordered the "Gaeng Tai Pla Ghost Pepper Volcano", then quietly made Chad chase down the server to get it toned down to white girl mild. When dinner was served, she got a bowl of chicken soup where the spiciest thing was a pat of butter.
