The brain chain is a linear sequence of human intelligence levels. At the top of the classic brain chain we have our Einsteins. At the middle there are moderately intelligent people. At the bottom, there are ordinary people. The top of the brain chain consumes the middle, the middle consumes the morons, similar to the process of the food chain.

Brain Farted

An entirely new stage of confusion. It's like having a "brain fart" except for a breif moment you can not remember anything. Your brain feels like it has shut down becuase one thing is so difficult to understand. It leaves you in a whole new state of confusion and befuddlement.
