Sometimes the work is from home other times it involves working from office as usual. The term was first coined by Bankers from Nigeria's during the Corona virus pandemic when most people had to work remotely and is widely used by working professionals to refer to a not so conventional leave plan

1. Funmi asked Nkenna if he was planning on taking a working leave or a regular vacation as the year was almost over.
