A page (usually on Facebook) with a title referencing to something (just to increase views and/or likes), but the posts have nothing to do with the title (shock news, gossip or anything else people don't care about...).
User: Hey, a page about french fries!
Some time later...
User: ...WHAT?! No french fries? Just gossip news? That's such a deceit page! Not gonna click like on it!

Page hanging is when you leave a, say, chatroom open, and just leave it there while doing other things. Don't do it. It's annoying to the people in the chatroom.
