deceit page 

A page (usually on Facebook) with a title referencing to something (just to increase views and/or likes), but the posts have nothing to do with the title (shock news, gossip or anything else people don't care about...).

User: Hey, a page about french fries!

Some time later...

User: ...WHAT?! No french fries? Just gossip news? That's such a deceit page! Not gonna click like on it!

Fake WiFi Syndrome 

Noun. Said of a WiFi connection that seems to have a 3-bars signal, but in fact, it has only one bar, or even none. A FWFS-affected connection typically takes forever to load a website, and when it finishes, it goes HTTP 404.

John: Yay, free WiFi!
Steve: Don't select that connection, it has the Fake WiFi Syndrome!
