a person (usually male) who relentlessly stares, follows you, possibly uses retarded pick up lines, and is basically desperate. The person does not have to be mexican, they just have to be a creeper.

Someone who Follows someone around, and/or calls them if they see or think they see them, may be involved in other activies as the person being creeped on such as School clubs, athletics, summer camp. Person may text/call person for no apparent reason.

Hedge Creeper

Alternative for pikey and gypo. So called due to its nocturnal activities creeping round the gardens of proper folk looking for things to steal. By day, it spends its time menacing pensioners into having their drive tarmac-ed or perhaps just sitting in its caravan counting its ill-gotten gains. Probably richer than the Queen.
