Someone who Follows someone around, and/or calls them if they see or think they see them, may be involved in other activies as the person being creeped on such as School clubs, athletics, summer camp. Person may text/call person for no apparent reason.

creeper "hey i see you in town"
Person #1 "uh.. i'm at home.."
Creeper "oh, must not be you"
