The break someone in is the sort of statement that only a slutty and predatorial female would say about what she wants to do to a usually younger guy because she thinks its fun and purely because of that. When you're hot-boxing a room/car/anything you can hotbox while smoking pretty much anything, usually marijuana, and somebody opens the door or cracks a window. They "break the seal" on the hotbox and let the smoke out.
