An over emotional and commonly whiny individual often associated with goths and the music genre skreemo. They are not to be trusted and are known for self-mutilation.

Emo

Likes dark clothes but doesn't always wear black. Don't always cut themselves. The title isn't always given by someone else sometimes they realize it first. Likes music a lot. Favorite bands are probably Mcr, FOB, P!ATD, and TOP. Almost always accompanied by a black hair tie on their wrist. Almost always seen in skinny jeans, a band t-shirt and beanie. Not completely friendless but usually only a few close friends. Doesn't usually care what other people think. Will wear pajamas to school if they want to. Emo isn't always a bad thing. Emo is short for emotional. Emo is also derived from music. Do not get them confused with goth or scene usually has eyeliner.

Someone who wears skinny jeans and band tshirts. Wears alot of eyeliner and listens to bands like mcr, fob, p!atd and tøp with an exeption of paramore. Usually have a dark style.

emo

1. a sub-genre of rock music, originated in the 1980s in DC. some emo artists include (but are not limited to) owl city, boys like girls, all american rejects, and jimmy eat world.

2. a style of people. there are many stereotypes, including but not limited to: wearing black 24/7 (there not goth!), worshipping satan, cutting themselves all the time (some emos DONT cut themselves...they just cry), and wanting to die.

Emo

Somebody, more often than not an attention seeker, who is/acts as if they have depression, suicidal tendencies, social anxiety, and other mental disorders. They tend to wear black and red, and usually wear their hair over one or both of their eyes. Not every emo is an attention seeker, many people just like the style of it. Eyeliner and the g note appear to grab their attention.

Little Jimmy with his hair dyed black, his eyeliner on, his stick on tattoos, and a black My Chemical Romance Sweater: Mom, I am officially emo.

Emo

Emo used to mean a genre of emotional music. But now it has two meanings
1. Someone who is just drowning in their own self pity, thinking that they have the worst life EVER1!1!one! They often have usernames like 'Jeeff da killer gf' or 'sad emo burning evil'
Some of them just like the emo fashion others are creepy pasta fangirls who listen to Black Veil Brides and think Jeff the Killer loves them. One such emo is Tara Gilesbie.

2. A certain kind of music which is emotional.
