Cigaretted-Out

1. Cigaretted-Out is a condition where a person, usually women, is utterly Ravaged by tobacco. The symptoms include dry skin, yellow teeth, crow's feet and a general look of bad health.

2. Cigaretted-Out can also describe a smoker's condition after several hours of steady chain-smoking at an event like a concert. The thought of having another cigarette makes them sick at that point because they have achieved the maximum amount of nicotine that the body will allow.

A cool new hairstyle that is all the rage in which both the left and right halves of one's hair flip out in the same direction. A small segment of the population are lucky enough to be born with hair that is naturally inclined to position itself in such a sexy and trendsetting way, while others must spend hours standing perpendicular to a fan to create the look.

"Wow, that girl over there has an Under and Out - if only I was cool enough to pull off that hairstyle."
