An Urban Dick is someone that posts definitions on Urban Dictionary solely to insult his/her friend, ex, school, celebrity or politician. They usually use personal pronouns, real names and or inside jokes in the definition.

Man 2: What's that mean
Man 1: "Someone who cheats on people and acts like a bitch"

Urban Dictionary is a place on the Internet where a mighty battle is being fought. Currently the Trump supporters are clashing with Biden supporters. Biden supporters are attacking the Trump fortress by creating some words made to insult Trump and his supporters while the other side downvotes them and shows not large but noticable manpower superiotity.
