A fictional insurance company run by an Alcoholic. A spin off of Aflac. The drunk sounds like a duck when he speaks. Only says "Whats that?" "Baaah" and "Alcoholac"

alcoholed 

Being intoxicated to the point that words describing concepts are difficult to remember. In the degrees of intoxication, alcoholed happens before slurred speech, but after a little tipsy.

I went out drinking last night, had just a couple big dirty martinis and went home pretty alcoholed.

alcoholist 

Discrimination against alcoholics. Legislation and practices that unfairly remove the rights of alcoholics.

Tax on alcohol, dry counties, etc. Grocery store rewards programs that don't reward alcohol purchases. Hey man, you aren't gonna sell me that beer just because it's sunday but i can still buy a soda, that's makes you an Alcoholist!
