Get the Gym Ballsmug. A term used to describe a dress code consisting of spandex, shorts, sneakers, sports bras, and similar clothing typically found in a gym, but often worn outside of the gym. Gym casual is more relaxed than black tie, business casual, or casual attire, but more formal than pajamas.
Sarah was thrilled when the invitation called for gym casual attire. No need to spend a dime on new clothes or be uncomfortable. And with her spandex leggings on, she can eat whatever she wants.
