Derived from "knocked up", this term describes a woman, usually a slim one, whose post-meal stomach bulge leads to her being mistakenly thought pregnant.

"Congratulations! Do you know if it's a boy or a girl?"

"It's a double cheeseburger and fries. I'm not pregnant, just snacked up."
