He should be suspended for the puma rule.

The 50% Rule

The 50% Rule

This rule is based on the 4 basic areas of interest to a man – (in no particular order) 1- FACE / 2-CHEST / 3-BUTT / 4- ATTITUDE. The 50% rule states that a woman only needs to possess favorable qualities in 50% of these basic areas of interest to be looked upon as desirable or lust worthy to a man. Basically stated 2 out of 4 are enough. Anything more is a bonus.

A woman with a nice rack and great attitude is just as desirable as a woman with a nice face and good butt. Mix & match using The 50% Rule, it works any way you try it.

rule 899

According to rule 93.3, rule 899 is rule 93. Unfortunately, this too is unknown.

Rule 699 says that rule 700 is rule 93. Maybe try that instead of rule 899?

Ruler Rule

An advantage that teachers use mostly during schools dances or after school. Used when a teacher slaps a ruler onto their hand around other students as if to say "At least one foot between each other".

Guy 1: "Hey dude, that teacher used the ruler rule on me and that girl over there."
Guy 2: "I feel bad for you, now you can't get sexually close to her."
