A short/slang version of the full word 'Kepala Butoh' literally translates to 'Dick Head'

1. Commonly used as a derogatory term sprinkled in a verbal fight.

2. Sometimes used as a reaction of disagreement to a statement

Example for 1 above;
"Ale uto bapak kau la!"
English: "Your father's dick head"

Example for 2 above;
A: "Dude, heard you came early during sex with that chick yesterday?"
