Exye or Ricky as it is said in russia, became a rule of measurement in the battle of world war one where 2 German troops and 5 Russian troops where together on the front lines. The russians had no defense and the Germans felt outnumbered so one of the troops named ricky volunteered to be a sacrafice so no one was injured in the battle, ricky had a small penis and his name became a word for ppl with small penises
