"Blue Shirt" is a newer term typically used in internet POV videos used to describe a man harassing someone in a bar. The victim will order an "Angel Shot" and when asked who is bothering them by the bartender, they say "Blue Shirt. He's being agressive."
The bartender will then ask someone to watch the bar while they go to take care of the Blue Shirt.

Scumbag Dad, a popular creator on platforms such as TikTok and YouTube, has an extensive series mocking the people who participate in this trend. He often plays the bartender and responds with "Hey Blue Shirt! I've got a bullet for you!" and proceeds to take care of the man in the blue shirt.

"Bartender? Can I get an Angel Shot?"

"Who?"

"Blue Shirt. He's being agressive."
