Gym Bro

A Gym Bro is an absolute chad who lives most of his life in a perpetual cycle of gains. The only words in his vocabulary are Protein, Bro, Gains, Chest, Shoulders, Lats, Bench,Cut, Bulk, and Creatine. A gym bro is also often found in a never ending state of itchiness from his Pre Workout addiction. Gym bros are also typically in constant state of body dysmorphia (until he gets a pump, of course) You can spot a gym bro in the wild wearing a oversized black hoodie in the winter and a stringer tank top in the summer with airpods and a blender bottle.

Panic Gymming

I panic gym, you panic gym, we all panic gym. That situation when you spontaneously decide to go out/you're know you're getting laid later/other and you look in the mirror to find your muffin top staring back at you. 'Panic gymming' is a desperate attempt to reverse the damage when it's already too late.

Gym Budgie (noun):

A gym-goer who spends more time admiring their own reflection than actually working out. Just like a budgerigar parrot obsessing over its own image in a mirror, the Gym Budgie flexes, adjusts their tank top, and checks every possible angle—because gains don’t count unless they’re seen. Often spotted near the dumbbell rack, striking poses between sets of mirror curls.

“Bro, did you even lift, or are you just here for a staring contest with yourself?”
“Nah, he’s a total Gym Budgie.”
