La Pay

Short for the term "Kumpayla Abuchiki" which is derived from another term "kongkoyla butsekik".

It is used to describe little girls, and it mostly means that they are pretty. (Side note: kumpayla abuchiki lacks actual meaning, for it is only a name used to call little girls.)
