B-Spice is a game that originally was created by a group of teenagers in Pensacola, FL in the late 90s. The rules of the game are simple. If someone says any word that begins with the letter B then they are fair game to be punched until they say "spice". If multiple B words are used then they have to say spice for every B word spoken.

The "spice" in Dune is important because it can extend your life. Also addictive if you didn't take Bene Gesserit training. It is found in Arrakis, informally called Dune. stolen by the Harkonnens, CHOAM, Spacing Guild and House Corrino.

John used the "spice" without proper Bene Gesserit training; he died.
