Scrot Knot

Matted hair under scrotum. (Gooch area) forming a dreadlock like weave. Can also be similar to a dingle berry dangling from your balls. Scrot=scrotum knot=knot, (tangle)

I haven’t showered for three days and I’ve got a scrot knot forming.
