Akronym för "The Organisation Formerly Known As Landstinget Dalarna". Från och med 1 januari 2019 kommer organisationen ingå som en del av Region Dalarna. Används skämtsamt bland anställda inom organisationen med liten spridning utanför. Ursprunget är en ordlek med TAFKAP som grund.

TOFKALD finns inte längre, det heter Region Dalarna.
