Though from time to time it can be beneficial to cleanse the mind of useless build-up, those known to freely spew forth folderal may suffer from psychobulimia. Excessive mental elimination in the form of irrelevant and violently distractable detail, hours of disjointed semantic, or garbled-to-poetic non-sequitor may be delivered by the PB at any moment, without warning, often on multiple occasions. Most PBs suffer from inflamed synapses, brought on by continual and often highly charged mental purging.

When you need to see a psychiatrist, you need to be a nice circus lapdog and keep her/him from thinking (if they do) that you're too deviant from their (&/or superiors) Psychodoxy since they have God-like power to make your life (more) miserable, with no appeal, those often make things worse
