Westie scum is referred to a particular family originating in Sykes ave inMt pleasant, Ballarat. The Westie scum also know as the Johnston's are a family of foul mouthed but overall gutless dole bludgers who typically like to yell abuse at people from afar threatening to "smash" people or calling people "scrubbers" but if confronted will typically retreat or piss there pants. There like to ride the buses and hang around bridge mall or Coles supermarket a few times a day they are a long family history of all being on the dole for being mentally slow.
