Software Price Inflation

Software Price Inflation is when a price of a software or application rises due to the raising amount of the software piracy for that specific software. Companies do this to make up for lost revenue

You can calculate it by comparing its price when it was first released and seeing how much it has risen in % until present day.

Burden of Proof Inflation

The tactic of inflating the burden of proof beyond reasonable standards, demanding impossible levels of evidence while offering none in return. Burden of proof inflation is what happens when one side demands "proof" that would satisfy a mathematician while offering "evidence" that wouldn't satisfy a toddler. It's the logic of "prove vaccines are safe" (impossible standard) while accepting "I read on Facebook that they're dangerous" (no standard at all). Burden of proof inflation is a favorite of bad-faith arguers, who can always demand more, always raise the bar, always find the evidence insufficient. The cure is recognizing that burden of proof is not infinite; reasonable standards exist, and they apply to both sides.
Burden of Proof Inflation Example: "She provided study after study showing vaccine safety. He dismissed each one—too small, too old, too biased, too something. Burden of proof inflation had raised the bar beyond any possible reach. When she asked what evidence he would accept, he said 'I'll know it when I see it.' He never saw it."

Reisen Udongein Inaba

A character from the Japanese game franchise Touhou and made her first appearance in the series’s 8th instalment Imperishable Night as the stage 5 boss. She is a rabbit from the moon and worked as a soldier before fleeing to Earth after the Great Lunar War. She currently resides in the game’s fictional world of Gensokyo and lives in Eientei located in the Bamboo Forest of the Lost. She works as a servant for both Eirin Yagokoro and Kaguya Houraisan often peddling medicine for Eirin or doing other manual labor.
She also works with Tewi Inaba who also lives at Eientei, however Tewi is often depicted as rather disobedient to Reisen and often pulls cruel pranks on her (poor Reisen).

She has appeared in other entries in the Touhou franchise with the most significant being her appearance as a playable character in the series’s 15th instalment, Legacy of Lunatic Kingdom. She gains a new appearance and is given her iconic bunny megaphone. She is often associated with this game’s antagonist Junko and is depicted as the victim of a very Junko.

Reisen has also been included in many ship pairings between characters. Her most popular are her ships with Junko and Youmu Konpaku (and occasionally Eirin or Kaguya).
Reisen has also received lots of merchandise and has had 2 official Fumo releases as of 2025. She is also included in the Touhou mobile/spinoff game LostWord.

For those who are fans of Reisen, she is the very reason for our existence. Reisen is love and Reisen is life.
