A really cool diner in New Orleans' French Quarter. It resides on the gay side of Bourbon, but is fun for both gays and straights. It's located on the corner of Bourbon and Dumaine and is open 24/7.

Try the burgers cooked under a hubcap. It's to seal in the flavors ; )

Clover Grill is the absolute best food to eat at 4 AM when you've been out on Bourbon all night.

When a person is embarrassed or does not want to be seen buying something in public, so they buy one or more things to cover up that purchase.

"Dude, why do you have this car magazine and teen life?"
"It was my cover buy when I bought this month's issue of hustler.."

Covert Intent Word

One or more words which state something other than—or the opposite of—what the words which do not have a covert ulterior motive in the message express.

One example of a Covert Intent Word is, “The Test Administrators will do their best to make your testing experience as smooth and stress free as possible.” The word “stress” reminds the test takers that there is such a thing as "stress." And makes anyone who is exposed to that word feel some level of stress—if only by remembering what stress is to grasp what the writer is saying.
