The Word is a combination between chilling, that is originated from the word chill, and Billing that doesn't mean jack shit.

Chullin

Some people confuse the divine word chullin with the mortal term chillin. Chullin is not like chillin tho. It's miles above that. When you succesfully reach the same level of chillin as chulle aka the swedish myth, you might start experiencing what chullin really is.

It's quite hard to explain, but in general these words sum up this amazing feeling. Relaxation, Love, No problems and being stress-free. You might experience this feeling when a period of being stressed and worried is over, but it most often appears when thinking about a person you love.
