An e-girl is an individual who likes pink and places the eyes of their minecraft skin on the bottom half of their face. Typically they will also like to play as an elf. The user Muppet_Queen is an example of an egirl.

That elf with the miniskirt and giant anime eyes on the bottom half of her skin is a total e-girl.
