Slang in southern parts of the U.S.A. for picking up women, specifically one night stands, multiple partners, gang bangs, or someone you wouldn't brag about to your friends, Etc..

Worded as such to hide the intent from wives/girlfriends.

"Hey, joe bob. Imma take a trip to the deer woods later on tonight, y'all wanna come too? I got beer money!"
"Sure as a horse shits in a hay loft, Jimmy-ray, let me just tell the wife I won't be needin' a plate tonight."
