Botytec (also known as Botytec2k/Osoarrogant Botytec/NLN7 Botytec/BotytecDaDemon/BootyTec/BootyTechnical/MostHatedBotyTec) is a young man who created a discord server in early August 2022. (I joined after the 3rd day it was created) He was on a journey to make mascot mods for blacktop to create the illusion that you are playing in MyPark after unlocking a mascot. At that time, many people would refer to BotyTec as the best modder on NBA 2K17 due to his hard work and dedication to making mascot mods. After the mascots were released, he decided to work on something different and this was the start of the process of NBA 2K17 servers being playable again. BotyTec has been working very hard on making the return of NBA 2K17 servers possible for people to enjoy, and he has been through ups and downs. BotyTec switched games a few times, including NBA 2K16, 19, and 20. He would joke around with people by claiming he would be making an attempt to bring NHL 2K9 servers back. As I am writing this, BotyTec is in the process of getting the next spots working, and we are waiting for further announcements.

I wonder when botytec is dropping the servers.
