A voice so deep, that whom ever has it can sing the brown note (a note so deep, it makes you poop yourself).

Originated in the whom of the mother of the deep voiced person. Known not to be fully functional until about the age of 14. Also, the posseser of the voice is usually always pestered to read various things because of their deep and amazing voice.

Vices and Virtues is the third album by Panic! At the Disco. It was released on March 22, 2012. They added the ! back after removing it for Pretty. Odd.. It has The Ballad of Mona Lisa, Let's Kill Tonight, Hurricane, Memories, Trade Mistakes, Ready to Go (Get Me Out of My Mind), Always, The Calender, Sarah Smiles, Nearly Witches (Ever Since We Met), Stall Me, Oh Glory, I Wanna Be Free, Turn Off The Lights, Kaleidoscope Eyes, and Bittersweet on it.

Vices and Virtues is my least favorite Panic! at the Disco album.

Kost Voice

Also known as "Theo Voice." This is when someone uses (usually inadvertently) a low sultry voice during a serious moment that sounds like those Radio Dj's who take the overnight shifts. It comes from the Los Angeles based Adult Contemporary Station KOST 103, as well as the old famous Los Angeles R&B radio host "Theo" from 92.3 the Beat.

guy 1: Hey remember when we spontaneously drive to Huntington Beach that one night last summer. I really enjoyed that man

When accessing a voice mail phone answering system, one becomes lost, going down the wrong path or getting stuck in a loop, unable to get pertinent information or leave a message with the appropriate party.

I called MegaCorp's 1-800 number. What good is a free phone call if I get lost in voice mail hell?
