Friendship Ghoul 

A narcissistic and weak-minded person that befriends you primarily to use your vulnerabilities as topics of conversation with other people so as to feel superior about their own feckless and meaningless existence. Related to Energy Vampires and Schadenfreude whores.

I thought he was a good, caring friend but it turns out he’s just a duplicitous friendship ghoul that’s been sharing my secrets with a Schadenfreude whore that he’s been trying to smash for several years.

unfamiliar friendship 

A friendship were neither participants know one and other very well but see eachother frequently. They may understand eachother and have some mutual interests while not knowing many things about the others' personal life.
