The official definition of the term fuckboy is a boy who is immuture and uses girls for their own benefit. Also they will speak to one girl as if they have some feelings towards that girl but lowkey they're talking to other girls saying the exact same thing. Once that fuckboy thinks you have moved on they will come running back to you as if nothing ever happened.
