Espacially in the German bubble the word autism is used to describe behaviour which includes Annoying Screaming, bad jokes, ironic memes and music and more..

Often tourette is used as a synonym because shouting random words is also included in that behaviour.
This is absolutely not okay and further increases Stigma/discrimination of People on the autistic spectrum and people with tourette Syndrom.
An alternative to describe that behaviour would be:

Tourism = tourette + autism
or german
Tourismus = tourette + autismus
