Pretending to know something but actually having no clue about it. Often used to describe someone who gives confident opinions or answers on a subject they know very little about, usually to impress others or avoid looking ignorant.
"Man, Sarah was totally ant at the trivia night. She was so sure about her answer on quantum physics that everyone burst out laughing when she got it wrong."
"During the Zoom call, Mike was ant-ing it up by talking about cryptocurrency like he was a millionaire investor, but we all knew he just read a Wikipedia page the night before."
