The process of being abhorrent in all manners of life, often drinking like an alchaholic, shirking lifes responsibilities and over indulgence in food to the point of obesity. A sloaner is a man with no prospects in life, stooped in an alchaholic slump and unable to realise the folly of their position in lifr.

Usually used by politicians, public speakers etc. Sloganspeak is a way of producing a speech in short impactful sentences which could later be quoted individually i.e. for a headline or tv news banner.

The way they use sloganspeak to drive the point home is really clever.

That guy only uses sloganspeak and never talks about his policies in any meaningful way.
