The message in GMod Prop Hunt when a hunter dies, usually due to noob-tubing a room full of props (suicided) or randomly "tripping" over something and dying (died mysteriously). The gamemode was very poorly made and is not updated, so the latter happens surprisingly often.

Daithi De Nogla: *Steps on a toilet and dies* "Agh! I slipped on a toilet! WHAT THE FUCKKK!"
